Who we are
BookingMyYatra ("we", "us") is a travel agency based at B-12, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at contact@bookingmyyatra.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your preferred destination, if you choose to give one
- The message you write to us
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a travel proposal for you. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the enquiry form, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so no font provider receives your IP address.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to service any booking that results, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. If no booking follows, we delete the enquiry within [24 months].
Who else sees it
Only the BookingMyYatra staff handling your enquiry, plus the hotels, transport operators and guides we must book on your behalf to fulfil a trip you have asked for. We do not share your details for any other reason.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to contact@bookingmyyatra.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We keep enquiry data on access-controlled systems and limit it to staff who need it to help you.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
